What will you need from me to set up my Dubsado?
In terms of time investment,you can expect to dedicate up to 2 hours of your time for phases 1, 3 and 4 to ensure everything we need to set up your account. For phase 2, you can expect to dedicate up to 10 hours of your time to provide the content we need for the templates and forms. This largely depends on you and if you have the content ready beforehand. Typically, clients who already have content ready spend 1-3 hours on average on this phase of the project. Clients who need to create these typically take longer.
I'm new to Dubsado and I don't know if I have what you'll need for the set-up.
Don't you worry about that, love. I got you. We will work together to find out which assets you will need to provide so we can get started on setting it up for you. You will have access to checklists that will help us get organized in the process.
Do you provide email copy?
I do have an add on you can purchase to over 40 canned email templates. These are transactional email templates set-up for Dubsado which you're welcome to edit to suite your brand voice and email needs. You can purchase the template bundle here.
I don't know what my workflows are, can you help me with that?
100%, love. We'll work together to create your ideal workflows. If you'd like to create them yourself, I have a workflow training course that you can purchase here which covers everything about workflows and examples of my actual workflows in Dubsado.
Can you help with CRM migration to Dubsado?
This service is for set-up only, however, Dubsado offers free migration services to import information like client names, invoices, contracts, etc. I can provide more information on this when we work together.
How long will the set-up take?
This depends on how quick you are to provide the assets and how quick you make decisions. On average, the set-up can take up to 4 weeks, and can extend up to 6 weeks.
Do you offer expedited set-up?
Yes, for an additional $1000 USD we get you set up in as little as two (2) weeks provided that all the assets are provided within the 3 days following the mapping call, and decisions are made within 24 hours of review.
I am on a tight budget, do you offer set-up alternatives?
Totally! I have a line up of budget friendly Dubsado courses and resources that you can purchase here.
I already have my Dubsado set-up and need some help, do you offer consulting?
